Readiness for the ACT® and PreACT®
Jason helps schools prepare students, interpret data, support teachers, and design incentives: all with the perspective of someone who currently works in the classroom.
Teachers can tell the difference between a consultant who has never taught in an actual classroom and a colleague who faces some of the same challenges they do.
Jason has taken the Enhanced ACT® test 4 times. Every few months, he gets another data point on what's being tested and what isn't. He gets to use the strategies he teaches with the actual time constraints, pressure, and fatigue your students feel on test day.
Jason has run his own tutoring business for a decade. He doesn't tutor other school subjects or other standardized tests. His focus starts and ends with the PreACT® and ACT® tests.
Many of the strategies discussed with districts have been implemented in Jason's own classroom and district before becoming school-facing recommendations.
Jason doesn't just work with honors students. Your district's student population has a wide range of skill and motivation levels toward the ACT®, PreACT®, and school in general. So does his.
Jason earned certification in the ACT Instructional Mastery (formerly ACT Certified Educator) program in 2019 and became a trainer the following year. He has worked with teachers and administrators across the country.
Jason is a National Test Prep Association member and an ACT Regional Council Member. He has presented at multiple ACT Conferences.
